Issue with a car under warranty. Seat sent roadside assistance to deal with issue, assistance say the issue will be under warranty and to take to Seat dealer. Ring SEAT Tunbridge wells. Tunbridge wells suggest that issue may not be under warranty and only way to find out is to pay them £99 to investigate and make an arbitrary decision one way or another. With no guarantee of anything - frankly a con.

While I may not have purchased a car, I definitely would like to, and most likely will for another family member in the future. Specifically from Ken Rickman.The service I had received from Ken was beyond what I had expected, he had found a vehicle that while fortunately was in my scope, unfortunately was not purchased solely due to my location, however this did not stop my consideration in wanting the vehicle.While I would have purchased the vehicle if the timing of my travel abilities was better, the sole reason would have been from his attempt at service.I definitely can say I have recommended this dealership to 8 people and in which 5 have already began looking solely from this salesman.Again, I am beyond impressed with the service received, and will be coming in the future for my next car purchase.

Very disappointing customer service from the service reception.I phoned last week to make an appointment to get an electrical fault checked on my Arona.I spoke to a lady on service reception and explained the problem.As my car had previously been serviced By Caffyns at Tunbridge Wells, by giving the registration number, my details were confirmed, I was told the next available slot would be today (Monday) and to bring the car in 08.30.When I arrived at service reception this morning, I was told that there was no such appointment booked, that I could leave my car there but there was no guarantee my car would be looked at today or could I bring the car back when the fault (intermittent) re-occurred....I drove to an alternative Seat main dealer where the service reception people were more than helpful.I won't be going back to Caffyns!If telephone calls are recorded for training purposes, you (Caffyns) may want to check Thursday 8th June sometime between 08.30-09.00 to hear me booking an appointment...

Worst company I have ever dealt with - let me drive a car that was not road worthy and risk my family. Then had attitude when asked to sort their mistakes, then would not even give me a timeline for a repair. No usable car for 3 months! It is a lease car too so not old. Incompetent is too kind - criminally negligent is closer to the truth.

sold a car to these and I must say it was a stressful process. Majority of the staff were very helpful including the driver who was very reassuring despite payment coming hours later than they said it was. Young lad in the office was very poilte as well. One female member of staff, Catherine I believe her name was is extremely rude and has a bad temper, maybe she needs some more training in people skills and a bit of respect.

Massive thank you to Emily and the rest of the team here! Didn?t judge me for being a younger drive (Boy racer stereotype) and made me feel welcome to buying another Seat branded car. Went on an excellent test drive of a Cupra 290 which I can happily say is now mine! They were also excellent when it come to using my old car as a part ex and challenged all the price comparison apps. Overall Great experience and will be referring you to anyone looking for a new or used car!!
