The man who helped me choose my walking boots was really helpful. I didn't feel rushed and received great advice, including the best way to tie my boots. He found me a 5.5 size which is always difficult for me. I am delighted with my new boots and they were a great price.

Blacks is a retail brand specializing in moderately advanced camping gear, wet weather attire, sports apparel, casual wear, and camping accessories. While they offer a wide range of products, the organization of their store could be improved. Unfortunately, some customer service representatives were not be as helpful as expected o this day. Additionally, their pricing tends to be moderately higher compared to Millet. My overall experience was somewhat mixed, but eventually, one of the customer service representatives did provide the assistance I needed.

Great outdoor shop! Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff who aren?t pushy sales people but still went out of their way to help me find the coat I wanted in the right size. I came away very happy! I will be shopping there again. ??

A lovely shopping experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in a hurry, but their service was efficient and speedy. The sale gave me a 20 per cent saving. Can highly recommend for high quality of walking boots and socks too.

Reasonably well stocked store, although I did not find the perfect size hiking boots. I had to buy a pair of Salomon boots that I wasn?t able to compare with a bigger size in store. Now I need to resort to ordering online and returning the less comfortable pair. So, a bit of an inconvenience.The guy who helped me choose and try the boots was very friendly and accommodating. A real asset to the Tunbridge Wells store.The store itself is conveniently located in Central Tunbridge Wells, close to everything else, including the station.I may shop there again but I will be checking availability online as well.
