Fantastic, really happy with the quality for the price and the fitting. It was an extremely tricky room, 4 floors up with two hatches, beams and the room was round. The finish was excellent and I couldn't be happier. All the guys were helpful, friendly and polite. Couldn't ask for more.

I had this company uplift and carpet my house, the guys were fantastic, relatable and honest, they showed commitment and remained very professional.I met with Kieron who i believe is the manager, he was very helpful and gave great attention to what we needed, then I met Lewis who was absolutely a star, kind and very friendly.I love the fantastic quality of the carpet i got especially because the price they sold was a lot cheaper than bigger brands nearby.I will highly recommend these guys any day, it's a Yes for me

Was extremely disappointed with the final finish of the fitting. Cut offs left half in and half out of a bag and left for me to dispose off. Carpet left in an extremely messy state and not even hoovered. When I spoke to the warehouse after they just shrugged. All I would of needed was a warning when purchasing... Will not be returning

Do not use this company, didn?t show up for booked day to lay my bathroom floor, called and they said they would call back after looking into it, no call, called again and advised wasn?t booked in and they would try and get someone out by lunchtime, no call by 2pm called again he still said he was trying to get someone out to me, 4pm called back, he said no one could come today we can book you for tomorrow morning first thing, I asked for confirmation of this, no email sent called back and asked again for an email, he promised he would send one, no email, called first thing in the morning as had to have family member stay at the house as I had to work, they said he?s loading up the van and would be with you next, 11am no one had arrived so I called them, they had gone to another job first and then they would be on there way, I asked to confirm roughly a time, they couldn?t answer this, 1pm they showed up, no apology on being late, they where rude, I would not recommend this company to anyone

Went into warehouse to choose carpet and booked slot for a Saturday for fitters to come fit my carpet.Weeks went by, painted and got my room ready for the big day of getting carpet fitted.Called in the week to check time of fit, they said they couldn't find my details but they'd get back to me about it. They never did.I phoned again on Friday to ask what time they'd be over for the next day, and they then said they don't do fittings on Saturdays so my carpet wouldn't be fitted. No apology, just absolutely shocking.They then said they'd phone round a few fitters they know to see if they could get someone to fit the carpet for me as planned. Guess what - no one called me back.Called Saturday morning to see if they'd found a fitter, apparently they had, woop! I spent the day unassembling furniture and getting room ready, waiting in. Phoned numerous times for an update as to a time when the fitter would come but they couldn't get hold of fitter. It got to 5pm and they said actually noone would be coming as they couldn't get hold of the fitter. Meanwhile they had someone drop off carpet but they dropped off wrong door bar.How do they run a business is anyone's guess. Still waiting for carpet fitting.

I ordered and paid for a carpet in November.I ordered from BCB because I?d used them before, recommend them to everyone and they have been used by my family, all without problem over the last 15 years. I also used them because they could offer me a fitting date of the 15th December.The day arrived, I phone to make sure all is ok because I know I am the 3rd and last job of the day.I?m faced with a response?The fitter has taken his van in for an MOT! ? why? When you have a full day of fittings do you take your van in for an MOT? I was told I?d be updated? no updates until I phoned them at 16.45 with the response? ?I?m not sure what?s going down!?Suffice to say, they can?t make it today, we have been rebooked for the 20th December. I?ll wait with baited breath to see if we will be left having Christmas on a Lino floor.Incredibly poor service BCB?. I was the first to sing your praises, I have brought you a lot of business but I will not be using or recommending you again which is such a shame. Definitely buyer beware!UPDATE!I called BCB on the 19th to make sure they actually had the right carpet and it was Definitely being fitted (for the second time) on the 20th (the next day)They confirmed it was. The morning of the 20th comes a phone call ?the fitter hasn?t turned up?I told them to find any of the fitters, put my carpet on the van and get over and get it fitted as they?d already messed me about.Suffice to say, it didn?t happen again. When I asked when the carpet was going to be fitted, they replied ?ahhh, now that?s the million dollar question!? What kind of company is this??!!I organised (via check a trade) my own fitter, who agreed to collect the carpet from BCB on the 21st and fit it for me. I phoned BCB at 9.20 on the 21st to let them know.My carpet fitter collected the carpet and made the hour journey to my house. It was the WRONG carpet! After everything! Full explanation of the name, colour and type of carpet and they?d actually given the fitters the wrong carpet.I am now waiting for BCB to deliver the correct carpet while the fitters wait (they refused to go back) .. and I don?t blame them.I?m still waiting? apparently the BCB driver can?t find the address (even though I checked they had the correct address twice already today)If you want this type of service from this company, go ahead, just make sure you have medical insurance to cover the ensuing heart attack and mental breakdown that will follow.Whoever owns this company, absolute shame on you. I hope your conscience allows you to enjoy Christmas.Honestly?. Steer well clear

Worst carpet buying experience ive ever had. Do not use this company. Not only did they fit the wrong carpets in my house, I then had to prove they?d fitted the wrong carpet by quoting them the message I?d sent them confirming my colour choice, up to that point Simon was rude and insistent that that was the colour I had chosen. Its been 3 weeks of phone calls and messages to try and rectify the situation and during this time I?ve not had one phone call from the owner. There is no manager in this shop so no one knows what they are doing and the owner is not there. On 4 occasions I?ve requested to ?Simon? to get the owner of the business to ring me, my request has been ignored. I?m now waiting for the right carpets to be fitted as arranged, and I?ve been waiting all day. Kate and Kieron in store are doing their best but they have no support, they aren?t allowed to make decisions, they can?t speak to the owner themselves and there is no management. Appalling way to run a business and the owner of BCB does not care.

We have used store quite alot and made some big purchases but sadly after our last visit it will be our last. We walked in, no greeting at all from the guy who looked as though he had slept in the store and did not bode well with look or attitude!!! We only wanted a small offcut but any question appeared to be more effort than it was worth and the lack of enthusiasm was awful!! I work in retail and would have no hesitation in pulling staff up for this type of attitude, needless to say even though there were items we wanted to purchase we left.Never ever again will we walk through these doors!

We have used store quite alot and made some big purchases but sadly after our last visit it will be our last. We walked in, no greeting at all from the guy who looked as though he had slept in the store and did not bode well with look or attitude!!! We only wanted a small offcut but any question appeared to be more effort than it was worth and the lack of enthusiasm was awful!! I work in retail and would have no hesitation in pulling staff up for this type of attitude, needless to say even though there were items we wanted to purchase we left.Never ever again will we walk through these doors!

Shocking service , Reg & I have used this place for years but it seems it has really gone down hill,we only wanted a bit of Lino for the toilet, we asked for Gary only to be told by a man with ill fitting clothes & poor hygiene that he no longer works there & after hearing the way the bully of an owner speaks to his staff I can see why , we left without buying what I would describe as dated overpriced tat

I would not recommend BCB Warehouse.
We went to the showroom with the correct measurements for the areas we needed carpet, they then calculated how much carpet we?d need and said we could get the landing from the off-cut of the bedroom.
When the fitter arrived, he said there wasn?t enough carpet to cover all the areas we?d asked for. He rang the warehouse and they said this was our fault and that we didn?t ask them to carpet the landing.
Once the carpet had been fitted, we were left with chips and dents in our skirting boards. I rang to complain and was told this was an issue I needed to take up with the fitter as they didn?t manage that side of things. Yet they were the ones who booked the fitter for us, we had no options for fitters to go with, nor did we have his contact details.
Again we were told this was our fault for painting the skirting boards two weeks ago, apparently that?s not long enough for the paint to dry.
We also ordered a mattress, when delivered, very little effort was made to take it upstairs and I was told I needed to get 4 people over to help me get it upstairs. It was left in the middle of the living room.
I would never use this company again, terrible customer service. Such a shame as we were planning on using them again for our stairs as well as my parents house.

If you're a single lady looking for carpet or lino don't bother going here, or at least not without a male friend. You will be asked where your other half is by a male member of staff, and when you say your alone will be ripped off. Suddenly none of the affordable products are suitable to you needs apparently, and you can't possibly know what you're looking for and can't possibly have got the measurements right yourself.This is a massive shame as I used to recommend bcb warehouse to everyone, now after this happening to me twice in the last 6 months I won't be going back or recommending them again.
