I had forgotten my debit card and needed to make a withdrawal at the Tunbridge Wells bank. Customers services representative called ATY was extremely helpful and showed me how to use my Barclays App to download QR code which then enabled me to withdraw the cash. Brilliant service. Thank you ATY!

Had all sorts of problems logging into banking app because I had changed number and forgot my pin. Went into branch in Tunbridge Wells and Keith sorted all my issues within minutes. Happy, polite and efficient help when I needed it most. Can?t praise Keith enough as to how he navigated around the issues and got me access into the app there and then. Thank you Keith!

I needed to pay for some work. As soon as I walked in a member of staff asked if I needed help. I explained what was required and he (Keith) could not have been more helpful.
