Some member of the younger staff are rude and very unprofessional. Had my 3 year old daughter with me who needed to use the toilet. The customer toilets were out of order and have been for ages. When I asked a member of staff if I could use another toilet for my daughter I was refused rudely. Telling me that if he did it for me he?d have to do it for everyone. Then closing the door to the staff toilet angrily. Refusing a toddler use of the toilet to me is unacceptable. FIX THE TOILETS.

Driving to the coast and planned my journey around charging at this Asda (they had type 2 plugs) at the half way point. Had 14 miles left on my car, with another 30 miles to go and got to Asda to charge...
And the chargers are out of order!
Asda really should have a section on their website for electric charger status.
Also the store toilets were out of order.
Do better Asda.

The store is OK, but then I never really buy much from there. The main issues I have are that there are not enough self service tills and not enough manual tills open. The other issues I have had repeatedly at this place is that some items are priced incorrectly. So if i buy some ribs at £4.50, they go through as £5.50. Always check the price when you scan it - it has happened several times.

This is literally the WORST supermarket I have ever shopped in. Luckily we have Tesco and Aldi near us as well or we?d be forced to shop in this abomination of a store.
The shelves are ALWAYS empty of essentials and when you ask where a certain item is the staff member always lies and says ?oh there?s a national shortage?. Funny how other supermarkets have it in stock though eh?
Since the Issa brothers took over Asda it?s been appalling. It was pretty decent when Walmart owned it.
But since this lot took over it?s been shockingly bad and expensive.
Also, the rewards app isn?t worth the data to download it.
It was good the first year and made Asda worth using.
Now it?s pathetic.

Don?t get the Shortcake biscuits by Asda unless you like the taste of tortilla crisp in your tea. I was ready to get the salsa out and some cheese on the side, absolute bollocks. Other than that big up Asda.

Great Asda. Lots of friendly staff - especially those at the click and collect service point and at the self service tills.
Selection of clothes for boys could be improved- minimal available and seems to be a focus on girls clothing and school uniform.
However there is a staff member called Philip who does the delivery packing - so unbelievably rude, will block an aisle and not allow you to get to the shelves or block entrance to an aisle to prioritise what he is doing, does not help or accommodate any customers. Shouldn?t be on the floor when their are customers.

Decided to download and use the scan and go app as I was in a hurry, fine going round the store. Picked up an item of clothing that had no tag so scanned another item so I didn?t have trouble at the tills. Got the the tills app kept asking me if I?d finished when I?d selected checkout then cleared my shopping completely. I asked the lady covering the scan and go tills and she pretty much shrugged and offered no help. I ended up lugging my stuff to self check out and asked the staff member to help as I had item that had no tag, said she needed to help some one else first but then never came to help. Appalling incompetent customer service, made for a very stressful experience. Would not return to the store solely based on the person as to me it demonstrates the attitude of the whole store.

Ordered over £140 worth of food and all the fridge items was missing spent an hour calling no answer then tried to get a refund online got refused so now im £30 out of pocket and no one willing to sort the issue. Such a shame as i never had an issue before now. But the lack of support when part of your order missing is disgusting. Never had a refund before or an issue and missing half your shopoing dont meet their criteria.
