They were awful the one in Maidstone, they told me I couldn?t have two pairs of glasses on nhs only one so as I needed readers as well I would have to have varifocals I can?t as I already have vertigo c they insisted ,asked if they had free frames they had 1choice and they were to small really for varifocals but. We were on benefits so couldn?t afford frames I said ,I will have them normal and then wear the ready readers I already had they went and made varifocals , and then kept ringing me up telling me they were ready to collect and they would be £100 I refused them as they had made varifocals ,they didn?t like it ,also my son who was under 16 had glasses and he wanted a frame that was £15 he had them a month and they broke ,took them back in and asked for a repair and they said on we don?t do that frame anymore so will have to have a retest and buy new ,I said no way and they found the frame from another branch and did them but still charged me £15 for a repair , I stopped going there and now have a large range of glasses I can get on the voucher ,I have lovely frames for 49.00 that were free and readers also that price for free so that was brilliant

I have been a customer of Wilkinson Eyewear Studio for several years, and I have always received excellent service & care from the friendly team, and have been satisfied with the products (glasses & contact lenses) I have bought from them.

Not happy. Charged £50 for a minor repair on glasses. Was not informed there was a standard charge when I brought glasses in.

First time I?ve been to an independent optician and I certainly wasn?t disappointed. Exceptional range of styles and colours backed by a personable team! From the warm welcome at reception through to picking my new glasses it was a really positive experience. Wilkinson?s definitely pushed me to try styles I would never have considered on my own but it was so worth it!I?ve had so many compliments on my eyewear and now I have complete trust on where to go next time for my glasses and sun specs!I would definitely recommend Wilkinson Eyewear Studio in Tonbridge

Just got my first pair of specs from here after searching for months! Couldn?t believe the range of styles, colours and ranges they stock! George and Chloe helped me choose the perfect pair - I certainly won?t be going anywhere else for my sight test or glasses in the future! Would recommend for everyone
