Tonbridge Relationship Therapy

I work with couples and individuals focusing on relationships. I work with children using the arts to facilitate the child's self expression through play and metaphor, enabling an empathic communication. Discovering these expressive techniques has opened my eyes to their potential with individuals, couples and families. I work on a short to medium term basis. I am interested in how our own backgrounds and experiences shape us and how these values and perspectives play out in our intimate relationships. When unexamined these scripts may be wreaking havoc in our lives. Sometimes our strategies for dealing with difficulties can lead us further and further away from each other and we reach a point where we need to do something different.
