After a hellish day of a sick child, locking myself out the house, getting into town not having money for the car park and Ringo of course not working I got to Timpsons where I asked how long would it take to cut one key for me, the help staff member told me it would take 5 mins, but he closed in 3 minutes so I would have to come back tomorrow. Thank you, for your helpful service today it really topped off my day! If I knew of anywhere else in Tonbridge to get a key cut I wouldn?t be coming back tomorrow but as I don?t I can?t wait to see you again tomorrow

I needed engraving on a trophy shield. Wayne delivered in 2 days. I then had to make changes and Wayne was brilliant, producing a revised version in qouble quick time. Superb service highly recommended.

Quite possibly the rudest, poorest servo ever received - repair was truly poor, cost £100, and on collection guy was rude as you like. If you want to spend money, spend it somewhere else.

Very simply went to get a key copied from a original car key , even had the blank blade to have it done , but no , he wanted to sell me his for over £50 and not mine which I had bought for £8 , but I guess not enough money to be made just cutting one for me , he was so busy hoovering a machine ?

15th May - visited the shop and the gentleman there was absolutely brilliant / polite / efficient and charming and of course so professional !!! A great experiences - he replaced batteries in two watches for me !! A small job I?m sure your thinking! But these days you do NOT get service any more !!! This was refreshing - well done kind sir!!!
