Firstly - excellent food - non negotiable - and it?s very good here - excellent chicken
Secondly - very good service - genuine - kind and friendly - this makes the place
Rustic older decor that adds to the charm - this is real authentic Indian in England and much better than the other Indian restaurant in Marden - the staff make are friendlier and the food is much nicer.

Very poor memeber of staff. Tried to book a table and they were very rude. Gave my surname first, then I gave him my first name to make it easier. Then was met with a comment (make your mind up). Then we booked for a table for 2 in 35 min from now. On a Wednesday. Not even a weekend. To get another comment. Bit late notice. Wow really. Shame as this place was recommended. Definitely would not recommend unless you like poor customer service. Terrible. Suggest a different person answering your calls.

What a wonderful find in Marden. Friendly service from waiters with a wonderful sense of humour. Damn good food. Easy to walk to from the station.

New to the area so thought we?d try out the local Indian. Food was awful, very watery and tasteless curry, barely warm on arrival. The only nice thing was the poppadums. Needless to say we won?t be going back.

Visited tonight and what a lovely experience we had. Let's start with the food.
Now I love some spicy food and the chicken tikka Naga did not disappoint. I was warned when I ordered that it was very hot, nice touch making sure I was comfortable with the spice. My fav dish is a Naga chicken and this was one of the best I have had EVER!!! The spice was hot but tasty without being over powering. The sides were tasty, bread delicious and nicely made.
Now the staff they are amazing, go out of their way to make a fuss of you and give you best service whether you are a regular visitor or not. Love that. Will definitely return more often based on tonight.

Possibly the worst Indian I have ever had. Very bland and barely warm. Mentioned to the owner and just said OK thank you and was shown the door. Will never go again or recommend

Definitely the best Indian food for Mile's around, served here. Never fails to impress me.
I love collecting a takeaway from here. Always feel welcome and the owners sense of humour is infectious. Never fails to make me smile as I walk away with my order.

Horrible customer service! They refused me my food when I came to collect the takeaway they refused to give it to me because they hadn't seen me before I got aggressively shouted at to leave
