Went to Tonbridge superdrug, shame that cashier at first didn't offer me free item as I bought 2 and it was buy 2 get 1 free. When I realised I was missing free item went back but decided to refund. But manager refused to refund saying their policy doesn't allow them to refund on makeup products even though I went as soon as I got home and both items were unopened and sealed. I have not heard of this policy would have understand if items were opened or damage.
Poor customer service.

I went to the superdrug tonbridge with oaks college today
to look at things that I wanted to buy
Each student had list of what they wanted to buy
I bought toothpaste
Everyone else bought different things
I had a lovely experience today at superdrug tonbridge
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly polite
The service there is very good amazing wonderful
This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me

Went today there were three lady?s working. As a makeup beginner I was really excited when going in today was not expecting to be laughed at and look down upon by the staff especially as I was one of two people in the store I have had so many nice experiences here previously and left feeling absolutely humiliated and devastated wouldn?t want to go back again.
