The service was not so good... Watching sandwich go cold waiting for a cold drink...for a while.. surely Starbucks can work out a system where you don't mill around in a crowd as your food and drink is thrown on the tiny space at the end of the counter... Today particularly inept God love them..

I have been to this branch a few times to work and in the past a few times when hanging around with my kids. I have seen reviews about unfriendly staff. On the whole that hasn't been my experience but of course there is a lot of turnover and the quality of service could be more consistent.
I used to enjoy filter coffee since I think it taste pretty good and you got more for your money. But every time I have asked recently it isn't available..
Having worked here a few times it isn't ideal. Mainly because it's a very open plan so you will have to contend with screaming babies (I am doing their work, they are doing theirs) and when you are in here for a while the temperature never seems to be right (too hot or too cold). But you are left alone so for a couple of hours its fine.

Nice choice of drinks and snacks, polite staff.my only gripe was that lots of the tables were waiting to be cleared so seating was limited.

My family and I have been to the tonbridge starbucks on a couple of occasions. We have now decided we will not be going back to this branch. It is the worse one. A member of staff call Max has been rude to us on a number of our trips. The toilets are always a mess and the tables take longer than necessary clear. We also noticed Max does not speak very nicely to the younger members of staff!Today I was not even aloud a straw for my ice latte. I waited for my partner to finish his drink for his straw. Because I have had jaw surgery and can not drink cold drinks without a straw.

Went in and only one other customer was inside and seated. There were 2 workers at the counter talking, three tables needed clearing but this wasn?t done. I ordered the drinks and went to the toilet where there was no toilet paper, it smelled like urine and an actual bug crawled/flew onto my underwear. There is no possible way for it to have been from anywhere else as I had leggings on and had been wearing them for a few hours already.

I have visited this branch several times, and every time the staff (who seem to have a fast turn around) are constantly miserable/unfriendly. For me, a Starbucks is a treat and when being met with an incredibly stern face on ordering it is very disappointing. I will avoid this branch from now on. Tables are unclean and toilets are very unhygienic.

First visit to Starbucks. Absolutely blown away by their friendly service..most importantly, my four-legged boy was welcomed and had his very first pupcup! Needless to say, he LOVED it !

I will not bacth on the staff, just kind of sleepy, I might be use to London fast services. The filter coffee was not ready and they offered a americano, but americano is different in taste, when you know you know, I asked with hot milk and the barista added cold milk on which made it black cold coffee?. Have to bin the coffee, did not want wait another 7mins for a coffee. It happen sometime. Barista can be tired ?. Went to the coffee shop next to the station the coffee was hot and didn't have to wait 10mins. Sad but was happy with my hot cuppa of ??
