Ordered online. Received text 5 mins later informing me that the item was available for collection. Very organised with personnel ensuring correct spacing, hand sanitizer just inside door. In and out within 3 mins.

Five-Stars for customer service at screw fix in Tonbridge, easy to find on Vale Road, open late until 8 Monday to Friday.We have used on multiple occasions and orders for click and collect are processed quickly, sometimes within a few minutes.Good parking outside.
