You have a very lovely section of food and drinks in sainburys local tonbridge
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly
The service there today is very good amazing wonderful
I had another lovely experience there today at sainburys local with georgina and the whole of the class
This place gets another 5 out of 5 star rating by me

Arrived at shop at 8:50am on Sunday 16th march. Shop closed with no notice explaining why, got the most evil look from female employee walking past the closed door. Checked sign and web page which states opening time of 7am Monday to Sunday.
Made me feel as if my money was not worth taking.
Would give zero stars if it would let me

Hardly ever answer the phone, just let it ring and ring. Removed items from my deliveroo order when I'd asked for substitutes. The removed items clearly could have been substituted (bread?), they just couldn't be bothered. When I called to ask why, they said even if the mistake was on their end, they can't substitute the items now because they've already removed them from the order. Ridiculous and not helpful in the slightest (the guy was literally still packing our order, as was confirmed on the phone.) Cmon now)...

Small store but has many products and a good range. Self service available but if you need to use the main tills there is often a long wait for staff to appear. Can often be "unclean" looking. It feels like the store is under staffed.

Made an order through deliveroo for 50g amber leaf, these idiots stiffed me and sent me 30g amber leaf and are now refusing a partial refund for the difference! I have made 2 online orders through saisnbury and they have messed up on both! Absolute incompetence! Avoid like an STD!
