I went to robert dyas tonbridge with my dad today
There today we had a look around at all the things they have there in robert dyas tonbridge
You have a very lovely section of batteries gardening equipment and gardening tools that be used for gardening
which is very useful and helpful so people got things that can use in their gardens
and lovely bird garden clocks and very lovely cleaning appliances and lots of other lovely stuff
The staff were very kind and very helpful to my dad today
The service there is super good
I had a very lovely first experience there today at robert dyas tonbridge with my dad
This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me

I ordered a soup maker £39.99 on line when I collected it I asked if they could add my points on but apparently because I ordered it online they couldn?t or wouldn?t , I contacted customer services and they refused to give me my points , needless to say I won?t be shopping there again they don?t sell anything that can?t be bought elsewhere and are more cooperative with adding points as long as you have receipt

I?m in the shop in the morning time 11:29 around for cutting my home ? keys when it?s finished my cutting keys 3 for £14 pound in the end I need to ask for the key ring they don?t have the key ring if you?re going in local shop at any where they will cut three keys at £8 pounds and they provide key ring as well?it?s ridiculous to go there for the cutting

Great place for household and garden products a very good range of DIY products, the staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable. The store is quite expensive but the products are of the better quality

Went in yesterday to buy a few things and was apprehended by a lady when i entered the store to tell me i had to wear a mask. i explained that i do not wear a face covering and like to breathe fresh air. This is the first time i have been asked about covering my face in 2020 and i do not appreciate people working in retail trying to "police" unlawful regulations

Tonbridge Robert Dyas is the best shop on the high street! Staff are always helpful. They always acknowledge your presence in the store with a cheery smile and are willing to discuss their products and help to find the best solution.
