2nd time I have had item damaged in transport by parcel force despite clearly being marked as Fragile. The packages are clearly being dropped heavily as the boxes are damaged on arrival.

I am still yet to receive my parcel it's almost a month a 48 hours delivery. Worst delivery service ever this has made me very depressed all my life-earned certificates still not found. My worst nightmare

Hopeless Customer Service. Their vehicle turned up on the day the tracker had advised but the driver didn?t have the parcel on board. It was a case of beer. The driver went away and I?ve had no message since. I?ve rung their 0344 number when the depots were shown as open. Hanging on for ages. Hopeless service

Incredible, the driver's POD is a pic of my front door, the delivery address. Yet I was out, the driver left a card, the driver took the box to the nearest post office - who do not have the parcel! The PO is in a pedestrianised street so no one can drive there in the daytime. Why photograph and address which has a locked door and claim the delivery was complete?!

Mixed reviews on the general parcelforce telephone staff but eventually got though to an incredibly helpful and friendly gentleman who ever so apologetic and ensured that our parcel be left at the depto for us to collect as they do not deliver over the weekend. Staff in the sorting office were quick to find the parcel when i arrived and the collection process was smooth and speedy.

Shambolic.Sent a parcel for next day delivery. Tracking said it was out for delivery. Several hours later it was back at the Tonbridge depot, falsely stating that the recipient had requested it be delivered to another address. The recipient is annoyed, I'm exasperated having tried to speak to the depot, the phone has the world's most useless voice recognition system handling calls. Zero out of ten; incompetent, falsehoods, and uncontactable.

I stayed at home to wait for my parcel to be delivered, but it was not delivered, and was told an attempt was made for delivery and a card has been left, which is untruthful. This is not the first time this has happened. Such an unreliable and dishonest service.

Just appalling. Twice in a row they 'attempted delivery' and left without even ringing the bell even though I was sat at home all day waiting for the delivery.And it was meat so by the time they managed to deliver it was all rotten. I reckon the drivers pick and choose which addresses are "easy" otherwise they don't bother getting out of the car. It's the worst delivery service I've ever encountered in my life.
