I have just been here and had to wait 25 minutes just to pay for a packet of plasters, needless to say I won't be returning. Also in the past my husband and I have been to pick up prescriptions and they have not been available. No staff, Rediculous.itsistediculous

I was literally told to go elsewhere cos they didn?t have my steroids creams. When I asked why can?t they order them, as that?s what normally would happen, they told me it would take too long in their pharmacy. Wow! They really wanted me out! Won?t be going back there for sure.

Nobody answers the phone and they appear to be closed on a Saturday...what use is that.They couldn't get a script ready in 30 minutes for my elderly father which involved taking 2 packets of tabs off the shelf and putting labels on them....USELESS

Prescription service is slow and the staff are unfriendly. The doctor sent an urgent prescription this morning. Called to collect it around 5pm and was told it wasn?t ready (hadn?t even been printed) and I would need to come back half an hour later. I couldn?t wait so am now without the prescription and the pharmacy has closed.

The staff are generally lovely but whoever's managing the place needs to prioritise smartly stocking a good selection of medicine instead of having a wall of bloody hairbands?Wandered in today to get imodium (no points for guessing why), and it was behind the counter? There's so much space but no, let's make them work for it? As much as the prospect of announcing my issue to two chemists and 5-6 customers seemed a delight, I sacked it off and got it from Tesco.As well as updating the shop by about 20 years, more shelves and a good selection of medicine are badly needed, or a bigger Tesco?

Most of the staff are friendly and as i live local i like to use local facilities even though as a customer i have other options. There is one particular lady who is rude and just gives straight one word answers, not helpful at all. I understand customers need to be polite with staff and it goes equally the other way round. I do not visit a store to feel intimidated, disrespected and spoken rudely. A customer facing staff needs to be friendly, polite and helpful not like it would cost her a fortune to smile and speak in a friendly tone. I would still want to use this pharmacy as most of the staff are really friendly But if this particular lady, I am sure the pharmacy is aware of who it is, isnt made aware/trained to talk in a polite manner with customers, i am NOT going to use the pharmacy and would also tell my friends and family to avoid getting mistreated. She could have advised me of prescription payment options etc, just gave one word "yes and no" answers and i had to go online to find options available for me.

Suprised how rude the staff are in here not all of them just one lady, considering such a lovely friendly village taken back at how rude the door staff were. Definitely would not be spending my money in here. Terrible attitude
