My husband and I are new patients of Osborne Harle and cannot speak highly enough of this practice.?The Optometrists are caring, thorough and very patient.They actually listen to you and explain their findings.Rachel, the receptionist is wonderful. While waiting for my appointment I have heard her deal with confused elderly patients with such gentleness and calmness as if she had nothing else to do but to reassure them.Thank you.

I was recently referred to Osborne Harle by my GP.My experience of this practice was brilliant from the reception and admin team to the optician Dana who treated my eye condition.Professional service, informative, reassuring and sorted my problem out....what more can you ask.Would recommend and in fact will be returning for my routine sight tests in the future.Big thanks to all at Osborne Harle

I was referred to Osborne Harle by Boots Opticians Sevenoaks as I had complained of the feeling of a foreign body floating in my eye. Osborne Harle is a very welcoming practice, made me feel very at ease. When my eye was examined it was confirmed I had a tiny piece of glass embedded in the Iris of my eye!!!! The Optometrist explained the procedure to remove this piece of glass, I will be honest, I was very worried, he carried out the procedure with such precision, took the piece of glass out, prescribed me with an antibiotic cream for my eye. Would 100% recommend this practice if you have any concerns about your eye. Thank you so much.

I recently went to Osborne Harle and had a fantastic experience there. I had got a burr from a plant in my eye and that night couldn't sleep so I phoned 111 at 4am. They told me to go to Tunbridge Wells hospital at 5.30am which I did and the ENP looked but couldn't find anything. It was so painful that I waited at Maidstone hospital in the minor injuries unit for 4.5 hours the same day and again the ENP couldn't find anything but said my cornea was scratched. I was in agony again that night and couldn't sleep. The next morning I phoned Osbourne Harle which a friend had recommended to me. The lovely lady on the phone said they had no available appointments but she said she would squeeze me in between appointments which I was extremely grateful for. When Alan, the optometrist looked in my eye, he found a splinter from the burr behind my eyelid and it was that which was causing me so much pain. The staff at the practice were all really polite, helpful and professional. I can't thank them enough for their expert care and advise. My eye felt totally better within seconds, I slept that night and went back to work the next day. Thank you!

I was offered an appointment last Friday 26 November 21. Dr Deacon Harle examined my partly-blind right eye. He identified the problem with my arteries, explained it clearly to me and initiated the follow up, which took place yesterday at Pembury Hospital. A brilliant TIA team took charge of my treatment, to be continued by Warders' Surgery. My family and I are very grateful to Dr Deacon Harle for his skill and frankness, and for his prompt and decisive action.

Receptionist absolutely lovely, efficient polite but Dana the optician who assessed me was short, abrupt, rude, brushed aside all questions and closed with a deeply unhelpful remark about the potential long term nature of my particular issue. Avoid appointments with Dana would be my advice.

My elderly mother had an appointment, receptionist very pleasant, but who ever the man was that looked at my mum's eyes was very short with her very abrupt and condicending.needs to learn some bedside manners

I was referred to Osborne Harle by the Hadlow Pharmacist as the best optometrist in Tonbridge and they were right. Rachel the receptionist fitted me into a busy Friday. The optometrist found the problem quickly, detected a possible further problem which he prescribed a drug for, and saw me again on the Monday. All in all excellent thoroughly recommended.

Contacted Osborne Harle at short notice for a perceived problem with my eyes, and cannot find one negative thing to say: Rachel the receptionist was really lovely, and though Dr Harle was out at clinic I was seen by Dr Rothery same day and thoroughly examined and reassured.If anyone wants kind, personal service, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough - thank you all.
