I?m disgusted with the lazy attitude of your staff and his rude response. My Evri parcel has gone missing, and instead of making any effort to look for it in-store, you brushed it off like it wasn?t your problem. It?s pathetic customer service ? if you can?t even be bothered to check properly, then what exactly are you there for?

This shop?s arrangement with Evri for Amazon returns puts it in a difficult position. They can?t advise if an Evri courier will accept a 12kg return, and they can?t give helpful info such as an Evri contact to follow up with Evri directly. Or, a tracking number that would enable me to get through to a human at Evri?s automated customer ?service? centre.

Awful service. Big bloke in there thinks he can speak to people like utter rubbish. Just a reminder ? you work at OneStop? nothing much to be on your high horse about. Morrisons daily in the high street is a better place to go and amazing service. Don?t waste your time in One Stop.

The staff here are rude and seem to take great delight in telling you they are not accepting any Evri parcels (something that seems to change like the wind depending on who has walked in the store!). The attitude of staff is that customers are an interruption to their conversation/complaining about their shift pattern. I now actively avoid using this store.

As a local convenience store this is not bad and serves exactly that purpose. There's a fresh food section, but understandable only stocks your everyday items. However, if you have ran out of tomatoes, milk, bread, cereal then it's great. Best place for newspapers early in the morning. Clearly their made trade is cigarettes and alcohol (other Oasis songs too) with sweets and sugary drinks for school kids. They do Evri parcels which is great. Sometimes a bit pricy and very narrow isles, but it is what it is!

The worst service I have ever had! Went in for some basics- the lady in the store said nothing to me from the moment I entered, paid, to the moment I left, not a word. It was as if I was wasting her time taking her away from her cage unpacking.

I went there to return a Hermes parcel. The man at the counter directed me to.a machine at the back of the store. He said we don't do that . I didn't know how to operate the ma hine and it wouldn't scan even though the code was in the box. I went back to him againand was refused helphe declined any help at all
