It is harder to deal with Nationwide than KCC & DWP combined in trying to set up an account to help me with caring for my Mum. Zero stars for Nationwide in being so obstructive and 2 stars for the local staff who at least are trying to help.

I myself do not have an account with you . My elderly parents do. I have never seen such care taken with them as ihave in the past few weeks. Your staff are kind, helpful, understanding of there needs , Alex was very good and. Spent time with them. No matter what they have been in for there service in the Tonbridge branch...
