Last night, 25 March 2025, my wife downloaded the app to order delivery. The delivery time wasn't bad. The fries were simply not cooked yet again so I didn't bother eating mine. My wife ate hers as it was all that she got. Her vegan burger was left out leaving her with the uncooked fries and a milkshake. She didn't tell me until this morning incase I'd gone down to the "restaurant" and kicked off at them.

Too noisy inside with beep beep sounds. Although there were plenty of seats inside and a nice place to sit with friends. But the noise ruined everything.

These guys seem incapable of putting the correct food in bag, as well as being able to deliver anything without making you wait 20 minutes. Food is like any other McDonald's, but the service is laughable

This is no longer a drive thru, every time you order you are then told to wait in the car park where you can be sat waiting for 20 mins. It?s quicker to go in and order and even that takes ages. A badly run franchise in my opinion.

The last few times I've used this location the meals have been missing items (burgers, sides, dips, a whole happy meal...). Food is stuffed in bags with little regard and orders can take longer than expected. The location has gone downhill since it first opened and it is very disappointing. I would recommended literally anywhere else, as I've never had a problem with missing items from any other takeaway in Tonbridge
