The manager is incredibly rude to customers. I have heard many others who shop there say they have had similar experiences. I have also seen him being rude ans impatient with an older lady who was struggling to use the too good to go app.

I asked a question about the post office located in the shop, the young lad behind the counter was more interested in his phone and seemed put out that I had asked a question and mumbled some sort of answer and went back to his phone while customers were wandering around. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend customer service training

Ordered online whilst I have no car to get there I was running low.om nappys so ordered size 6 for my 3 year old just to receive new born size 1 nappys

I?m so sorry I didn?t catch his name but the loveliest man opened the Post Office 20 mins early for me to post an international letter - I think he could tell by the look on my face having to wait 20 more minutes with excitable twins was not going to be the greatest start to my day, I just had to write a review to say this guy needs a raise - he really didn?t have to but he went above and beyond for his customers. I was so grateful! He is such an huge asset to the business. Thank you!!!

Absolutely pointless this store having a cash machine every time I go to get cash out it's malfunctioning in some manner and it's always the case when the post office is closed as well

Usually if I go to this shop I have feel the need to apologise for interrupting the ladies outside smoking after I have made it through the cigarette smog! I called into the shop this morning at around 6.30 a.m. and was served by a well turned out, nicely spoken friendly young woman. She used to work in this branch a while back and is just helping out currently, but what a difference it makes to receive polite cheerful service. Such a nice way to start the day.
