The staff in this store are amazing. However the internet connection is worse than useless making it extremely difficult and at some times impossible for staff to take Yodel parcels. I?ve given up using this store as a drop off point. Please sort this out Morrisons.

Opening hours 7-7pm, sign says come back in 5 minutes, I have been waiting for over 10 to collect a parcel and no staff in sight. If you can?t start a shop don?t open in the first place

Advertised opening hours are until 4:00pm on a Sunday. Get there at 3:52pm to use the parcel drop off service and the doors are locked. The member of staff just shakes her head. If you can?t stay open until for the hours advertised please adjust them.

Unfortunately the staff understand the frustration that it is for people dropping of parcels. They don't refuse to be a pain , they have very little space. They do lone working and working through there break. This is to help customers. Well done to the team. some customer are abusive and very rude .but most are very understanding.

Collect+ website says open til 8pm, actually it shuts at 4pm. Even though I arrived earlier than 4, staff had already locked the doors and refused to serve me. Unprofessional staff, collect+ should revoke the service from here.
