I just had the most amazing customer service from the store manager , Joanne . I had a click and collect package to collect and I was right on closing time. Bless Joanne she promptly found my package ! I can?t thank her enough as I live near Eastbourne and won?t be back until next Wednesday and the package would have been returned! Exemplary service ! That?s why Joanne is manager and runs a friendly , efficient team of staff ! Thankyou Jayne allinson , frim Pevensey Bay ?

Love this place ,The staff are super friendly and always there to help when you can't find something ( that they have moved). Their flowers seem to last forever and are really good Quality, all round good experience for a busy store ,plenty of parking,

Lovely friendly store. I shop their regularly but need to now review my shopping habits!
People need to know that the store closes at 8.30pm and that the car park company GroupNexus charge £100 (£60 if u pay within 14 days) if you leave the car park after 8.30pm making it a very expensive shop.
M&S need to warn their customers that this is the case or shut their store earlier so their customer don't get caught out by this ruthless parking company like I did.
I spoke to the Manager and asked them to warn other customers. He was very understanding and said he will raise the issue. I await the company's response.
I parked in the car park for approximately 20 mins leaving the store at 8.34pm. Whilst M&S have been fantastic, judge for yourself and read the reply to my appeal from the parking company.
