I took my car here to have a front wheel balanced (cost of about £10 - 15) as i was experiencing vibration at motorway speeds. They told me to leave the car with them as they were busy (even though I was the only customer there) & they would let me know when it's done, in about an hour. Two very disappointing experiences.The last time I booked an MOT with Kwik Fit it took three separate visits before they finally managed to remove the service reminder on my car display. This time they cancelled my appointment without even having the courtesy to let me know.
