Always disgusting. So untidy and the usual trick of deleting all the orders that have been 'served' that haven't so they look efficient. Spot the vodka bottle amongst the trash.

Absolutely terrible service.
Staff were absolutely clueless, place was dirty and we waited 45 minutes for 5 meals ordered at till.
Food was horrible, cold and not worth £1.
Drinks were warm and flat.
I can honestly say this is not just the worst KFC in the country, it?s actually the worst restaurant in the country.
I will avoid this restaurant at all costs.
I actually think it?s put me off KFC completely.

Head office really needs to consider sending the staff back to school?it's become abundantly clear that basic reading and arithmetic skills are nonexistent among the current staff as multiple Items were missing on the order. Or maybe it the 'Just Eat' delivery guy getting peckish. Classic."

Ordered in advance on the app and the food was ready a minute or two after checking in. Hot, fast and tasty. Restaurant area was a little untidy and needed a wipe down hence 4 stars.

Store was dirty. Asked multiple times for a cloth to clean the table and was told "I'll tell someone to do it". No one did. Service is slow. Forgot our drinks and even when stood trying to get a staff members attention in order to get drinks it's like they actively tried to avoid me. Was going to sit in go eat with my child, ended up taking away due to the state of the place

Shocking service, avoid ! Ordered online, said 30 minutes for ?priority? delivery which I paid an extra £3 for ! turned into 1 hour 30 hours?2hours? and then THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER !!!!! ???? What an absolute disgrace, the manager should be fired !

It?s a KFC so as a standard the food is ok.
I?ve been three times and each time something had been wrong with my order when I got home. Either I got a drumstick instead of hot wings or my buffalo bites were bbq bites.
I get that it?s busy but just read the order back to me and check it before you give it to me.
Parking: No nearby parking other than the Sainsburys.

This is my local kfc and it is pretty consistent. It has improved a lot over the past 5 years. Food is normally very hot as well. The only thing is this is tonbridge so it?s so random what goes on there. One time a friend of mine lobbed a chicken drumstick at me and it hit me in the eye ?
