Emergency visit quickly resolved horrible grinding noise with removal of stone from brakes (and identifying and sorting incorrectly fitted brakes from another local garage). Many thanks for saving our camping weekend!

Can?t recommend Halfords highly enough. The two Alexes were extremely polite and helpful. Job done very quickly. Four garages could not fit me in. Wish I had gone there first!!!!!

Be careful. Failed an mot and had a partial retest 5 days later - was charged another £27.50. Usually it's free within 10 working days.

I would like to share my experience with the staff at Halfords auto center tonbridge. I have visited twice this week firstly as a walk in customer. I was greeted by friendly staff and they fitted me in, and completed the work quickly and to a superb standard. I have returned today with another vehicle this time a booked appointment. I have been greeted by Adam at front desk, the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Had a good cup of coffee whilst I waited. And witnessed his good manners and can't do enough attitude towards everyone that walked in or phone through. Well done I will be returning and recommend the services.

Would put 0 stars. What a horrible place to go to. The manager Adam is extremely rude and a liar. I originally took my car in for a battery health check and decided to let them put a new battery in it. When I came back I noticed my front passenger rim was heavily damaged. When I asked them about it they told me they hadn?t even taken the car out for a drive. I eventually had to get my dash cam footage of them crashing the car and showed it to Adam who told me he didn?t know anyone had taken the car out even though in the footage I showed him he was standing by the exit of the garage talking to the man who took my car out and crashed it. Not only that but then Adam himself took my car out again. Eventually we came to the agreement that he would fix my rim. After having to come back and forth for 3 weeks he never apologised for lying nor did they ever reprimand the man who crashed my car. I went there with my alternator working perfectly to it now not charging my battery. I went there Thursdays they did an alternator test and was told it was absolutely fine, they jumped started the battery and caused massive amounts of sparks and then decided to change the battery. Today they have now turned around and said it is my alternator and told me they checked it wrong. Adam refused to help and told me he never wanted me to come back whole repeatedly swearing at me, my girlfriend and her father. I would never ever use Halfords. What a bunch of horrible disgusting people. Now I have no way of getting to work and have to fix something that they have damaged

Brought my elderly Audi in for an online-booked MOT. Jai and the team were brilliant, kept me up to date on info and were very social. Car passed, social interactions were good and not a hard sell in sight?.Very impressed.

Went in to get my tyre changed, Adam and Gary were so lovely and helpful advising that it was actually only the valve that needed doing instead of the tyre. Great experience definitely recommend!

Booking was easy on line. Booked in for free brake check. Requirements clearly explained. Did not feel as if I was been over-sold. Very professional throughout. I will use Halfords again.
