Awful experience. Very aggressive rude and sarcastic. They said come any ti between 11-1 to fit roof racks and then they proceeded to shout and get annoyed at us for arriving at 12 which gives ample time to fit 3 roof racks in one hour. Disgusted by the lack of good customer service and unfriendly demeanour. Will not go back. Awful!!!

Halfords Tonbridge went out of their way to assist me. I had battery failure established by Autoaid recovery and they recommended Tonbridge branch. Well that was great advice! The staff were all so helpful and a new battery was fitted by Dan I think his name was-he joined Halfords in January. He not only fitted the battery without fuss but took time to explain the benefits of Premier membership which I duly bought.
Overall a great experience and gave me peace of mind to continue on our journey to Norfolk

Very helpful chap in there but I bought a 6 in 1 charger and it would have been really good if it had been explained that it didn?t come with a lead so when I got home I had to order one on line which was frustrating. Seems crazy to buy a charger with no way to charge it up! No instructions with the charger either.

Always great service. I have Cycle Care and cycle to work every day so I need my bike working well and don't have the time (or the skill) to fix it myself. The team always really look after my bike and make sure it's good to go. For example, I once went in with a puncture and not only did they replace the inner tube but they also spent ages checking the tyre until they found the thorn sticking into it that had caused it. I would have missed this and immediately got another puncture.
