The worst greggs experience and constantly so. It is the slowest greggs I've been to even though it has such a large counter you'd think it would need more staff badly. A month ago I even heard two workers round the back arguing, when it was busy, because one said loudly "I don't care about the customers I'm just cooking back here".

If only there were 0 stars review I would have chose this instead. Me and my family of 4 went for a quick meal in Gregg's Tonbridge and after a long wait in the queue when it was our turn to order and pay for what we chose, we informed that we couldn't sit in and have our meal. When the employee told us I didn't catch what he was saying as I'm not english and I didn't understand him. He got upset clearly because I couldn't understand, I told him how rude he was with me and I asked to speak with his manager. Of course I never got to see the manager, I don't even know if there was one. Racism is not acceptable and I don't tolerate this kind of behavior.

Absolute joke on how long I had to queue. And it's not just today, it's everyday. 20 minuets queue times due to one person serving. I got to the till and the the young chap apolgised about the wait and when I enquired if there was any more staff he replied with saying "there's only two of us and they are on break".
Ive never seen a company give less of a care to their staff than I have seen these staff being treated. No wonder they can't hire anyone because they are always not being treated right ? not to mention the abuse that these staff are recieveing from some of these customers. Protect your staff!!
I will be sure to post my experience to my massive online following and WILL be strongly advising against them making purchases from anyone of your stores!!

More staff may be required, was on queue for ages, bins overflowing, all food cold, no hot sausage rolls or any other pastries. When I asked for a hot beef and vegetable, was advised they have all been baked already at the same time. Not fresh then.

Went in to buy two lattes, stood near the counter thinking what do I want and I thought "I know! I'll have a Tottenham cake!" So got that and a sausage roll. Some fella working there with a massive hooter gave me the evils. Sausage roll was banging though.

Food and service was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful, the sitting area could be redesigned to accommodate more seating, by all means it a great place to sit and eat food.

Absolutely filthy , had to wait for service for about ten minutes whilst the young staff were at the rear chatting I even called out a couple of times but to no avail. I then ask the lad who eventually served us if I could have some change out of his till but he declined me!

I cannot praise the staff here enough! They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the food and ingredients and Ben and George went above and beyond to help me. My son loved to vegan sausage roll and the cakes are lovely. It is probably one of the cheapest places left to eat lunch and you are full up after!

I have only ONCE been able to get a vegetarian option for a hot breakfast, a pre made and wrapped vegan sausage bap. By 9am they are all gone or not available, so I settle for a vegan sausage roll if that is even available which often isn?t or is dry and stone cold. Same happened this morning. I asked if they offered vegetarian sausage baps as advertised on the monitor, to which I was told no so I opted for a cheese and onion bake which is currently in the microwave because it was so cold I couldn?t eat it. I?m also not impressed that the only vegetarian lunch option is a cheese salad baguette which is also often sold out, please note there is no vegan option what so ever.
