“Love this place. It's a little expensive sometimes but the staff are really lovely and everything is of quality - no change. Still the loveliest people throughout the store. The coffee shop is really reasonable with tasty food too.”

“Would love to give 5⭐️ but taken 1 ⭐️ for nasty customers in the coffee shop. No other tables available apart from 3 in the dog area. No problem...so I thought! An old couple asked me and my elderly father if we had a dog, we said no so she told us that we could sit there. Sorry? I asked her if I'm banned from dog because I don't have a dog, she said yes go in that bit. I told the only available tables were in the dog area. She insisted we couldn't sit and kept point out the sign stating dog area... i told her it doesn't say dogless people can't sit there, she insisted that what it means!! We said fine and left and she's still moaning so told her to zip itI 'm a paying customer dogs aren't. The really annoying thing about this self righteous snobby old biddy was that they were leaving....making 4 spare tables in the dog area!! Grr.Spoke with cafe staff, lovely people, jolly, helpful, friendly couldn't ask for more, and they said we as dogless customer are more than welcome to sit in the dog area. They said they knew who we were talking about and will keep an eye when they're in again.I have never in my life been banned by a made up rule from a fellow customer..bonkers!!!5⭐️ for garden centre, cafe, all staff lovely little gem of a place.Sorry for the loss of 1⭐️ for the rudeness of 2 horrible customers.”
