I went to finch house cafe and bakery tonbridge with my dad today
There today I had a chocolate browie which I really enjoyed
It was one of the best chocolate browies I have ever had
I really enjoyed it I managed to finish it that definitely means I must have really liked it
The staff that work there are very kind lovely

HAS BEEN RESOLVED - We were contacted professionally by the manager and have since been given a full refund with no questions asked.
got a full english and a smoothie, the smoothie was wam and split with all the juice at the bottom and warm foam at the top. when my food came my bacon was anaemic, floppy and had less bacon to it than gandhi?s flip flop. returned the smoothie and had to pay for another coffee. £11 for a ?full english? which is 2 dry bits of bread, 2 overcooked eggs, 2 flabby bits of bacon, cheap baked beans and one flavourless sausage. better off making your own. young staff doesn?t seem to be working.

Ordered the cooked breakfast and large cappuccino. Food arrived and for an 11 plus coffee extra breakfast you dont get much. Came too quick with over cooker poached eegs. Told staff they wondered what to do so i said not over cooked. Then they gave my food back without eggs and said all at once. Eggs arrived better. I asked if they always over cooked based on the 1/2 eaten plates not cleared away have people let there also over cooked eggs. The reply was did you ask for ask for runny eggs, week they automatically come poached and its 11 quid so of course runny. Food was cold and its a sheep in wolves blanket. Outside draws in - wimpy would have been better next door. Avoid!

Beautiful spot with great service.
I wanted a croissant with a filling which sold out just before I ordered my food. The assistant without hesitation said, no problem we can moderate what's already available.
Excellent service. We need to keep using spots like this so we don't end up with the likes of only Starbucks, Pret etc on our high streets.

I'm not one to complain, but I really found the whole experience unpleasant. Stale bread for the sandwich and a very long wait for the toastie, which came last after we finished our hot drinks.

Nice little cafe.. we visited on Christmas Eve, so not much of a selection available.. but what was on offer, was lovely! Plenty of seating. Clean facilities. Nearest parking would be Sainsbury's car park.

On a good day the food is delicious and the service is really good, but many times we went to Finch house and the food is overcooked, the poached eggs are hard boiled, the bacon is so hard and dry and the service is poor, many times forgetting important items like butter and aditional items you have already paid for.

Went in for a coffee and bacon and sausage muffins coffee was served to us quickly but waited 15 mins for the food. The bacon was terrible so hard and pretty much un eatable won't be going again.
