This company is the best property agent in Tonbridge. I had visited all of Tonbridge. They are best customer service one. I would like to ask the seller and landlord to use this company.

I needed a place to rent - and fast, and understandably the market is crazy at the moment so I was concerned but the whole team were very transparent with me and quick. I want to give a mention to Daisy and Caroline firstly but also Tom and Adam. (Ruth and Lynn as well - so friendly when you walk in the office!) I feel like I can?t miss any of them out as they were all fantastic! I have had poor service from other estate agents being shown around by miserable staff and turning up late so this was a welcome change. Thank you again.

We recently rented a house in Tonbridge, All the staff from Ellis and Co were really helpful and were very accommodating.The property managers Daisy and Caroline were especially helpful and made the whole process a lot easier.

We wouldn?t be in our new family home if it wasn?t for Ellis & Co, the third agent we used to sell our flat during the pandemic.We mainly worked with Sarah (before we found our new home) and Lynn (sales progressing), and both were always personable, helpful and listened well.Lynn especially helped to get our sale and purchase over the line - a long seven month process with lots of complications and fears the chain would break down, but Lynn went above and beyond any other agent or solicitor in the chain to communicate between all parties and support us to be pro-active. I can?t thank her enough for keeping me sane, hopeful and determined to work with her and get our completion. Thank you!

They're not reliable. The experience we have very recently had with them was very disappointing. They cancelled a property (for sale) viewing on a last minute call whilst we were already en route for an hour drive and already cancelled other plans for an early Saturday morning to attend the booking, which they ironically chased after us to confirm if we were to make it! Therefore I'd not go into any transaction either with them or their vendors.

I have been renting a property out through Ellis and Co for nine months now and they have been fantastic. Daisy is excellent at her job, she is always organised and is a pleasure to deal with. If any issues with the property arise they have a great team of tradesmen they work with to fix them. I could not recommend them any more.

I couldn't recommended this agency enough, they were helpful, honest and highly competent throughout. I loved their professionalism and their polite manner in the way they dealt with me and certainly helped make the process as hassle-free as possible. I would like to make a special mention of Daisy who helped me find a property extremely quickly and explained clearly what the next steps were to help me secure it and move in with no trouble at all. She is now my property manager and she responds to any messages or queries I have within the hour and it is always good news! She is exceptional at her job and is a credit to the company indeed. I recently moved into a lovely new home with my partner. The whole process was made so easy thanks to Ellis and Co. We got a viewing very quickly which was great considering the circumstances with covid. We were showed round by Lynne who was more than helpful. Daisy was also great throughout our move in process, always contactable to answer any questions we had in the lead up to us moving in.

An easy to deal with company. The team have been very helpful over the last 6 months it has taken to sell my deceased mother's house. They have done a good job, especially when taking lockdown into consideration. The sale process has been very tricky at times. I asked them to recommend a solicitor and was very pleased with the one chosen.

Amazing Estate Agency, very professional and responsive, I had no luck this time (as a Tenant) but other Estate Agents should learn from them how to treat customers :)They took all my details/circumstances, honestly told me about my chances.They tried to call me later 3 times (even if I was unsuccessful) and I got an e-mail later and also gave me some advice for the future. 10 Stars! :)
