Stayed in Tonbridge on Saturday 25th October. Had a fantastic meal, great service, good cocktails, lovely house wine and exceptional service from all the waiting staff who were friendly and attentive. Nice touch at the end with a complimentary glass of Lemoncello too. I have no hesitation in recommending this Restaurant.

First time visiting Ela Bella and will definitely be returning more regularly. Tommy, the owner of was very welcoming and he remembered us from a different restaurant from years ago. The food was excellent, the building is beautiful and the atmosphere was good.

What a wonderful little find. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary having lunch and found a warm welcome. The food was excellent and had a lovely personal service and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend anyone to go Ela Bella

We were greeted the moment we walked through the door and given a choice of tables which was nice. Service was spot on. Attentive, quick, friendly and professional. Food was served promptly from one course to the next. What really let them down was the chef openly vaping in the kitchen while clearly preparing food. The kitchen door was open and he was walking around blowing vape out of his nose and mouth. Pretty unbelievable to be honest and while we had a nice time, I won't be back.

We were in the area, not familiar with Tonbridge restaurants, but happened upon this one after a long walk, and thought it looked cute and enticing. It wasn't yet open, but we booked a table for midday and looked forward to a cosy lunch. As the first customers of the day (and the only couple for the first 40 minutes) we expected the food to be fresh and exciting, especially as my husband ordered the special of the day (pork in Calvados). I ordered the seafood pasta, a personal favourite. My seafood was cold and and added to some very over cooked, scorching hot spaghetti. (Microwaved). The shellfish was clearly not fresh but frozen - disappointing when you consider that this is one of the few towns I've been to that still has a wet fish shop in its high street, sporting an array of delicious fresh sea food. (We had passed it only moments earlier). My husbands calvados sauce had a wrinkly skin on top and the vegetables were crunchy, the potatoes over-cooked - all the signs of a pre-cooked, reheated meal. Our waiter sat directly behind us after taking our order, eating a strong smelling hard boiled egg with pickles while we were waiting for our food. A particularly unpleasant experience. It's a real shame, as we thought we were supporting a nice little family run, local business. Won't be going back.

I had the most amazing meal! So much so I thought I better leave a review. Firstly the food was incredible, from starters to dessert everything was faultless. The stand out dish was the seafood pasta, fresh and cooked to perfection. Secondly the staff were so friendly, exceptional customer service and nothing was to much trouble (one guest was a fussy eater and they were catered for!) I hadn't been for a little while, and will most certainly be coming back sooner this time. A hidden gem in Tonbridge! My friends spoke highly of the carbonara, the steak, and I would recommend the bruschetta and cheesecake too.
