We went to the Tonbridge branch when we decided to change network provider.On our first visit we were helped by a newer member of staff,he did exactly what we asked for and was very friendly and helpful.Upon our second visit we were helped by Shania, we were having trouble with our PAC code she was able to advise and help us with this.From start to finish she was friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable in her field.I would definitely recommend this EE shop and will return here if needed.

With the trouble of connecting my sim to my EE account on the app, I began to feel frustrated as I called and visited the shop twice. The lovely lady working there today was absolutely wonderful and sorted out the problem for me even when I provided an incorrect email. Thank you so much! 5 stars just for her.

I can not recommend mend the Tonbridge store highly enough, and in particular must single Shania out. Her patience with an older person getting to grips with an iPhone 16 was exceptional.

I have never seen such amazing customer service within an EE store before. I have upgraded in many different stores and Tonbridge store colleagues were defiantly the best I have come across. Pasha and Josh were both super helpful and went above and beyond to help me upgrade and gave me a breakdown of how much a newer phone would cost. We had some technical issues and my visit was a bit longer than expected but I could see how hard they were working to resolve the issues at hand and not inconvenience me too much. Thank you so much to both of you for making my visit memorable and for giving me the best advice on which phone to upgrade to! Even after the issues that occurred and made the visit longer I still left happy with my phone on its way to me!

Be warned, if you buy a phone at an EE store, you do not get 14 days cooling off, and they insist it goes back to the store of origin! Who knew, I got the phone on a visit to Nottingham and that's where they wanted me to send it back!, 400 miles round trip! No slight to the Tonbridge store, they tried to help me, to no avail!

Have been an EE customer for more than 10 years had a problem that I needed help with and the 3 staff members working in a completely empty shop couldn't be bothered to help at all, not listening to my problem and just wanting me to leave their shop.Reaaly bad attitude and service
