Placed an order, the pizza turned up with the wrong ingredients on. This was the third time that this has asked for a refund. And was told I?d have to wait until someone comes to collect the food. I have complained to doubles and have basically been told there?s nothing they can or will do even though I have stated that this is quite dangerous with regards to allergies. To date I have only received a partial refund and am being charged for delivery even though my order was delivered wrong. Steer clear especially if you have allergies.

Ordered in store last night and have to say everything was perfect ? the man on the till made sure we had the best deal which was nice. Friendly service, order was correct and on time. When we got home the pizzas were absolutely perfect, couldn?t have been happier!

Ordered a large pizza and got given a medium pizza. Fully aware of what I ordered, the situation worsened as the witnesses that were attempting to help me were being completely disregarded by the manager present at the time.
Continously told me I was wrong and that there was no chance he could have made a mistake. Raised eyebrows at this point due to the developing awkwardness building up ?
I waited again for mine to be cooked after the manager asked for the extra £2.40 to make the transaction a "large" on the receipt.
I waited, and upon receiving that newly made pizza, I'd discovered he'd remade the wrong pizza.. instead of remaking my order, he made another vegan pizza, but this time large size.. At this point, we've got two vegan pizzas and a medium chicken and bacon two topping. I raised this issue again, this time shaking head in disbelief as to how the situation could develop in such a cringed way, manager no where to be seen then and for the next 30 mins with no appearance. 45 mins in the end instore waiting for those original orders.. finally got help from a different member of staff. Many thanks to whoever was able to make the pizza the way it was ordered in the first place after such a mare ??
In the end, it tasted great! Apart from the second large vegan pizza not having vegan cheese, instead normal mozzarella the second time it was made.

Won?t answer the phone as they forgot my cookies was telling me I?m a a liar over the phone and he said he will send my cookies IF and I said IF WHAT and he hung up on me !

This was disgusting the pizza stone cold and took over one hour to arrive the cheese not even melted absolutely shocking I would like a refund

Yet again another shocker from dominos paddock wood. I dont even have my food yet. Called 30 seconds after ordering online to say the app crashed when ordering and what ended uo being ordered was not what we wanted to order. All that was said was sorry mate its in the Oven already so nothing they can do I didn't leave it 30 seconds from order. Shocking customer service, won't be ordering here again. I'll also be contacting domi on head office as its been shockingly bad one to many times.
