I went in and there were 2 girls standing at the counter talking with their phones out, paid no attention to people waiting, disgusting service and attitude towards customers, when they eventually got around to helping customers. I did not buy anything but I won?t ever again from this store!

First of all a sultry female member of staff. Wanted to trade in a steering wheel and pedals. Was asked to come back in 30 minutes to be told they couldn't connect it to the PC. We asked if it could be connected to a PS5 and was told if it didn't connect to a PC, it wouldn't connect to a PS5. Despite the fact I had disconnected it an hour earlier and it is in perfect working order and the fact is that they just didn't want it.
Person testing it clearly thought it was beneath him to walk six feet and come and talk to us himself, leaving a staff member to explain.
Fact is if you were selling it, you would have gone to the effort of showing us it worked. My son was going to exchange it for vouchers to spend in your store. Out of principle he won't buy anything due to your poor customer service. Your loss and will sell on Ebay instead.

Bought a phone for wife.then 2 weeks later I up dated it from you took other one back and you said it was damaged by water. Not true he said about the charging point. Has orange. So damaged. I was sold a damaged phone in the first place

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had viewed a few items on there website but my friend wanted to physical see the item in person and ask questions. They was very helpful and patient with all his questions and allowed him to have closer looks at the consuls (it was discounted on the website and he wanted to know why and the staff explained why each one was discounted I.e scratched shell/casing, non matching controller). Also note there is a car park down this ally (pictured) right next to CEX if you have mobility issues or don?t want to walk far while carrying a consul
