This shop is disgusting the chairs tables are revolting and sticky dirty and having cold drinks the glasses were dirty as well as the cutlery. The floor and even panelling under the windows didn?t seem to have ever been cleaned. Having sat in the chairs I feel I would have to put my clothes in the wash .

It's well past time for senior managent to support the team here and refurbish the place. I've been twice in the last couple of days arriving to a cosy space only for the ancient AC to start blowing cold after 45 minutes. I really don't want to cross the road to somewhere else -the coffee's not as good- but I might enjoy the environment a bit better!

Lovely coffee, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. However, the furnishings are looking a little "tired". I sat in the corner on the long couch, and the "plastic" (?) covering is peeling off in many places, giving a rather shabby look overall.
Like the fact that I can have a Loyalty, and I will be back whenever I return to Tonbridge.
