Multiple occasions I have visited here and multiple people have complained whilst awaiting for my food, I have also waited over 20 minutes for a meal when the place is empty staff lack any motivation and all look like they don?t want to be there including the managers

No Beef Burgers of any kind. Shut the restaurant door..made to go through the drive through for less than half a menu. Very poor!

In other Burger Kings they always provide a fork with the meals that require one ? the box even has a space for it. Here they never do. Sometimes there aren?t even any napkins, and sauces are not put out, you always have to ask separately and they?re never offered. The service is often very rude, the place frequently feels dirty, and the touchscreens regularly don?t work or fail to print a receipt.

I came in for dinner with my family and the service was quick and Fred the staff member serving me was very friendly and welcoming :)

came in when it was busy but good still came within a quick time and was still hot. only clocked two peoples names who were working but jamie and sofia very well done! would absolutely reccomend

Came with my children for a quick evening meal, Food was ok but I was disappointed to see poor teenage staff members being verbally abused and given zero respect by an older female staff member who looked to be a manager, I will not be supporting a business that treats it?s own staff so badly again

Food is OK. Service is awful. I'm writing this after 10 minutes standing in front of the if you need help sign. At least 3 servers have just completely ignored me. There was a woman having an argument as I came in. I now know why. Worst service. Update. Took 2 mins to get a receipt and then when I eventually get me food it's wrong.

It's like they just grabbed random stuff and put it in a bag knowing we were driving away before opening it!
Got our order wrong, paid for bacon double cheeseburgers and got small basic cheeseburgers, got one large and one small fries instead of two large, and the milkshakes were almost all air, absolutely awful.
