Multiple occasions I have visited here and multiple people have complained whilst awaiting for my food, I have also waited over 20 minutes for a meal when the place is empty staff lack any motivation and all look like they don’t want to be there including the managers

Ordered a takeaway from one of the kiosk. Food tasty but would have liked to have ordered at a counter as menu were or straight forward and I felt rushed as there was queues to each koisk
