Poor service. Pulled up to the only empty pump on my motorcycle wearing an open face helmet. Removed my gloves, dismounted and started filling. It shut off at £3.04. Tried to continue filling and then heard something about 'helmet'over the tannoy. Looked around \\u0026 towards the cashier - no response \\u0026 no more petrol. When paying for £3.04 I suggested to the cashier that if they wish to discriminate against motor cyclists, that the errect a sign stating that they will not be served unless helmets are removed. She grumpily mumbled about only being able to see the top of my helmet as a van had moved to the pump infront of me. What difference seeing the grey hair on top of my head would have made, I've no idea. I'll stick to Shell from now on.

BP website is wrong! This station is not open 24th! I visited last night at 23.02 and it was closed. Since the change of ownership of this station from George Hammond Group to Motor Fuel Group (BP do not own it!) we only visit when absolutely necessary due to it being a Budgens store and no longer a Co-op. I note that if you visit the new owners website that they advertise closing at 11.00pm and that Londis is the product line and not Bugens. The product lines have changed along with most of the staff and the prices are a bit higher. This station has gone from being a good local place to go to get convienience items to being a last resort stop when I cannot find what I?m looking for elsewhere. Previous owner had it set up well and it used to be my first go to place. They have lost a lot of my business.

Some staff ok, friendly, but others hostile (manager). When I asked about a petrol cap l left behind I was told: "oh we toss those after two days". Nice! Plus when I visited they didn't take cards - try paying for a tank of petrol with cash these days! Also they never answer the phone when you try to contact them.

It's a BP garage and on BPs website it's states if you use the electric car chargers from BP puls you can get a coffee for a £1, asked in store if this was the case but was told she's never heard that, why advertise something thats not been communicated throughout the stores, it just makes the customer look a fool and feel embarrassed. Also, the staff are all quite young and the atmosphere in the store feels a little immature.

Very well organised queues to access the pumps this evening following a much needed fuel delivery.
