The staff were all so helpful and a new battery was fitted by Dan I think his name was-he joined Halfords in January. He not only fitted the battery without fuss but took time to explain the benefits of Premier membership which I duly bought. Overall a great experience and gave me peace of mind to continue on our journey to Norfolk”
