I went here on the off chance in hope they would be able to repair a nail (I had these done elsewhere so I can appreciate they were fixing someone else's work).
They had been freshly done 3 days prior and asked they could repair one for me as I had my mums 60th the next day and wanted them perfect, but the care that went into it was appalling, it was as though I was a burden.
I would of preferred them to have just said no and turned me away. They showed not a care in the world. They filed off the top coat (not smooth) and redid the top coat only. The nail looked uneven and the colour wasn't even close to matching. They all talk amongst themselves.
They don't seem bothered. It wasn't friendly and I felt uncomfortable the entire time and then I was charged 5 pound for this. Luckily I managed to find another local nail salon to fix it and they were great.
What makes it worse is I work in the high street and have huge client base myself, so its a real shame I didn't have a good experience because now I will never recommend them to any of my own clients in fact id warn them off.
Disappointing that a local businesses cant support one another.
I wont be returning.

Such a lovely finish, amazing staff very friendly, they take care and are gentle when doing manicure and pedicure prices are affordable.

Went their on Sunday asked for a new set having waited 50minutes when I was finally seen I ended up asking for infills with the service being so slow. The guy who did my nails had cut them down sooo short was not happy at all told him straight away I was not happy he didn't care no apology. Appalling service defo won't go back my nails look like mini eggs

They were absolutely incredible, and the price was so affordable for such excellence that they do yeah. I?m over the moon, every time I go there and everyone should go there as well because they take such good care of you.

Had a lovely experience on 17th December, they fit me in before they closed and really cheered me up, took off badly done biab and redid a lovely gel with Crome and a cute red bow. They gave me a voucher off for January and free cuticle oil giftThank you
