Stopped in here with my family ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 10 year old). Food was fine and what you would expect from a Beefeater. The staff were very friendly and service was great if a little slow. Overall we had a really enjoyable evening.

We went on Sunday at 4 o clock ordered our food 4 meals come out at 4-40 was still waiting for my daughters which didn?t come out till 10 past 5 my roast was cold and my daughters steak was so full of fat se couldn?t eat it they cleared our table at 5-30 at 6 we had to ask for desert menu ordered them and had to wait till 6-30 for them to come out the whole meal was absolutely disgusting we will never go back there again we have all had bad stomach and sickness since

Went as a fairly large party. When my order arrived the waitress serving said medium steak but I had not ordered medium but medium rare and advised her of this. The waitress serving was not the person who had taken the order. I was asked to cut into the steak whereupon it became evident it was well done. The waitress agreed and removed my plate. At this point in time the woman who took my order who may have been the manager came to the table and started to argue with me that I had not ordered medium rare but medium but they would change it anyway because it was well done. Everyone at the table was amazed that this member of staff had returned to the table to escalate a disagreement. After complaining to Beefeater they refunded my money which was positive.

Service was so slow and not friendly. It was really cold in the pub. The chips were stone cold and I would not recommend this resturant.. Three mains also not available. We waited desserts but gave up waiting. This is our 5th and last time to eat here.

Really nice Sunday roast (unfortunately roast chicken wasn't an option), great service. Shame there was no children's cutlery.

We as a family of 10 adults and 3 children (15, 13 and 12) for a boxing day dinner,
We got there at our alloted time 3:30pm
Ordered our drinks and then at about 4:15pm got told that our food order was being placed ( we had all preordered food) then after another hour possibly longer of waiting our starters come out. 2 of the children order pigs in blankets from the bigger tums kids menu and all they had was 2 sausages wrapped in bacon on a plate with a small pot of sauce. Then then plates cleared up and dinners served probably 2 hours after arriving again 2 of the children's dishes ordered from big tums where very small for bigger tums there was no ages stated on the kids menus what ages they would be good for. Then time foe pudding. Can you bare in mind we had to pre book all food, got told there was no apple crumble then to be told there was no cheese boards and the there wasn't a kids dessert left. So re ordered something else. But 2 of the party went without pudding as didn't have what they needed and 2 desserts where so late out the rest of party finished there pudding.
The organisation of this was an absolute shambles and has put us off a family who normally come for breakfast regularly off of returning to the restaurant.
But the young lady who served us all night was very very good and professional she was absolutely amazing.
