Very poor service, staff are disorganized and overwhelmed. They don’t have the basic skills to deal with customers.

Stopped in here with my family ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 10 year old). Food was fine and what you would expect from a Beefeater. The staff were very friendly and service was great if a little slow. Overall we had a really enjoyable evening.
