Lovely staff, accurate dispensing. I was struggling to get my medicine so my Dr surgery call this pharmacy and arranged for them to store some of the medication for me. When I collected they put my prescription together in around 10 minutes. I was served by a very polite lady on the counter. They were offering free samples of perfume on the day. The range of products sold is good and parking is free and right outside the pharmacy.

Very friendly staff very good service only issue is with the delivery system as we have several people's scripts delivered to our address because they can't be delivered to their own address, this system breaks down at this point and we can't get them to deliver my son in laws scripts to our house.It works at best for one or two deliveries and then defaults back to collect This happens repeatedly and we haven't managed to get any consistency even after trying for several years now.We often have the same trouble with both my daughter's and my parents scripts.Other than this frustrating issue it is a good efficient outfit.

Went to pick up meds - "no pharmacist" and they had "no idea" when one would arrive. "Try in a couple of hours" they said. What a shambles - wouldn't have happened in Mr Gosrani's day.

No seating so have to stand around to wait for a prescription. Woman behind the counter keeps looking at me as if Iâ??m not supposed to stand there and makes it very uncomfortable. Awful experience.

Deep in the Garden of England, Kent, there still remains a few small businesses that make it a pleasure to pay a visit, to go and shop. When you walk through the door at Gosrani's pharmacy, you know it's a special place to shop. It's not just a pharmacy, it's a post office, a stationers, a hobby and craft store, a perfumery, a wool shop and you can have your passport photograph taken there as well. There isn't enough space here to tell you everything about the store, so you'll have to visit it yourself.
No matter what a store sells or provides, it won't last long if the customer service is below acceptable standards, and I can see why Gosrani's has been in business for so long! The staff there are wonderful, welcoming and even when busy with other customers, they will acknowledge you, let you know that you're next in line. Just this one little action tells me that the staff there are experienced, and understand the skills involved when providing good Customer service, and I should know, I have awards in Customer service.
To sum up;
Gosrani Pharmacy is a gem in the garden of England, a retail outlet at which you can expect excellent customer service alongside some good sound, solid advice and guidance on medicines derived from years of experience.
A long standing part of the local community whose owner is highly respected by the locals and the staff.
Overall an excellent well run pharmacy which is a joy to visit
Kindest regards

The owner, Mr Gosrani has been there each time I have visited, (once a month currently to pick up my pain killers) and sometimes he may not be behind the pharmacy counter, he'll be in his office talking to a customer in private. I have to wait for my prescription, (not because of any inadequacy, my prescription contains some very very strong controlled pain killers and there's a process to follow) which gives me an opportunity to see the team in action, watching how they interact with many differing types of customer, using transactional analysis perfectly, facing difficult questions with ease, able to approach Mr Gosrani at any point for advice, information or guidance. At the weekends I have seen part time staff, young adults being mentored not just by the supervisor or other team members, but also by Mr Gosrani and it's a joy to watch. I'm not sure if the part timers are just that, part timers, it would be brilliant if they are Apprentice's, something I might speak to Mr Gosrani about at my next visit as Gosrani's Pharmacy would be an ideal place for an apprentice studying pharmacy.
