My mother has so far waited 3 weeks for her glasses. No contact to say whether they are ready or not. Phones are NEVER answered so no way of knowing. She has mobility issues so doesn?t want to go all the way there if the glasses aren?t ready but no way of contacting this branch! Go to Ashford, they pick up the phone!

I took a friend for whom English is not her first language into Vision Express, the arm of her glasses had broken and couldn?t be repaired. (Her spare pair had also broken) This lady needs her glasses at all times as she has extremely poor eye sight.We were dealt with by Sharon Ferris who was so patient and kind, Sharon was able to find a reasonably priced frame that the original lenses fitted into and in no time had transferred the old lenses into the old frame.Brilliant customer service, thank you Sharon.

The Team at this Opticians,are second to none.From start to finish seemless satisfaction, needed slight adjustments after fitting,but sorted with new lenses as my eyes are tricky to please now have varifocal lazer vision like a Hawk, no one else has given me thatThank you so muchGary Passingham.

2nd time attempting appointment. First time cancelled in advance by vision express, but enough notice, second visit? text arrived to remind and confirm appointment time, all go, booked afternoon off work ?? child taken out of school ?? arrived.. your appt cancelled again as limited staff ? no messages sent. Frustrating when self employed. Unpaid afternoon. Thanks

Had the best most comfortable visit yet to vision Express in tenterden all The lady?s that both my daughter & I saw were so helpful and cheerful especially the lady who helped me pick my frames she?s amazing at her job and knows her stuff first time I?ve left an opticians feeling happy and content in my choice of glasses I won?t be using Ashford branch again?in future I?ll return to tenterden store & encourage others to do so THANKS LADYS ?

I had my eye test carried out at Vision Express and they are very thorough and attentive, also very well organised and really helpful staff.Not overly expensive for the service provided and I would definitely recommend Vision Express.
