Specsavers is a business. The fact that it is operating in a health related area, does not alter this.One is encouraged to spend more money, by the choice of the less expensive frames and degree of suitability of the standard prescription lens (I needed varifocal lenses).The cost therefore rising quickly.However the staff were all excellent at their jobs / roles and very friendly.

Abigail?s customer service in the Tenterden store is of the highest standard. She always goes above and beyond to help you make the right decision. An absolute superstar. Travelling the 40 minutes to the store is worth it. Thanks Abigail.

An outstanding service from Specsavers in Tenterden .Due to an emergency situation with my eye , I was seen within an hour and received professional attention using up to date technology.I'm still receiving ongoing care by both Sarah Syrett and Tresha Ophthalmic Directors , who I cannot thank and praise enough.The service from Retail Director Agron regarding purchasing distant , reading and sun glasses was superb . An all round professional , friendly , caring service , and I would strongly recommend them .

I cannot recommend this branch highly enough, I have visited over the last few months (including today!) a couple of times for a small repair and the staff are always so helpful, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time today, and the lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) who dealt with me was a pleasure to deal with.Thanks very much for such efficient service and my wife and I will absolutely be visiting again when our next check-up is due.

This was my first visit to Specsavers and I am so pleased with my glasses! I had only had my previous glasses for one year and the difference between those and my new ones is quite unbelievable ????The staff are very helpful and give you time to browse. So pleased I swapped to Specsavers!
