This is our local Royal Mail delivery depot and they are very helpful and friendly.
If they are unable to deliver a package or item to your home it comes back here and you simply pop in with the card they post through your letter box with some form of identification such as a driving license and pick up your item.
Very easy and there is not normally a wait and there is usually an available parking space on the street outside.
