I haven't been in the bank for ages but went in to solve multiple queries. Really friendly and helpful staff and everything was resolved quickly. Nice to still have a branch to go to in Tenterden. A+++

It was very busy which is quite normal for this branch so there was a wait however the staff are very helpful.

Absolutely appalling waiting time to get served with only one counter open hence massive queues and staff less than helpful with no bedside manners at all!! Not what you would expect from a bank as a loyal customer!
