Can not recommend and will not be returning. I was left waiting for over half an hour from my appointment time, they lost the polish i had chosen so i had to make a snap new choice, and my nails are in a very poor shape now I have had to remove the chipped polish which lasted only 1 day. And they charged way more than stated on the website. Not happy.

I don?t normally leave reviews but I?m so upset by my experience in this nail bar this week that I have to share.I?ve used this salon for the last 6 months and it?s been ok. But this week I wanted a new full set. I had lost some nails and only had 3 to be soaked off. I still got charged for a full soak off, which is not right.The girl that did my prep ready for new nails was so rough with the big sand paper bit on the drill, I was literally shaking with pain. She just said it?s because you have thin weak natural nail bed. I already knew that but instead of turning the drill down abit or using a hand file, she continued putting me through pain. I asked her to open door or a fan as i was sweating with the pain in my nails. It was a horrible and very painful experience. She also proceeded to slag me off with the girl next to her infront of me. I obviously do not spk the language but it was completely clear what was happening. This nail bar is so expensive, surely I?m untitled to a pain free service. My nails have been throbbing for the last few nights and only just calmed down.I think they have become very complacent and can be very rude and uncaring. It?s just not ok. They have lost my custom but I?m sure they won?t be bothered. Being charged £45 for a new set of acrylics with no colour is so overpriced. If I?m paying that price I don?t want to be tortured. Sort your costumer care out girls.Omg ? unbelievable lies!!!! As if I would say I?d ripped my nails off. Total fabrication to cover yourself. The nail tech never once said she was being gentle or anything.she didn?t talk to me, just moaned about me to her colleague. I understand you have to make things up to try and make it look like it?s my fault but I walked into your salon with no pain in my nails whatsoever and I walked out in immense pain. She never once said sorry it?s hurting you and didn?t turn drill down, which would have helped massively. I?ve had no issues coming to you before and this was the first time I?d met this particular girl. She just wasn?t friendly and just couldn?t be bothered. The nails are not even good this time. They are lifting in the corners. I don?t think the problem lies with me. Sometimes you have to take accountability for your failings and make changes.Service: Nail extensions

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago as my regular nail technician was unable to fit me, and had a lovely experience, so decided to go back again and had a completely different experience. I felt like I was an inconvenience and they couldn't wait to get me out my whole treatment took no more than 10 mins, it was completely rushed with the girl either on her phone or talking to the technician next to her. Working in a similar industry I realise that having nails or hair done is a luxury at the moment that a lot of people cannot afford so when they do they want to treated as if they are the most important customer during their appointment. I did comment to them that it was done too quickly and that I felt rushed and I also sent them a full message explaining how disappointed I was, but they just don't seem to care as I had no response. If you want the full pamper experience this is not the place to go.Following on from their reply to my review. Of course I realise it doesn't take as long as a full pedicure but that does not excuse bad customer care!Service: Nail polish changes

My wife has been here 4/5 times and today will be the last ever time. Rude service and bad hygiene - working on toes to hands between different clients and never washed hands. Long waiting times. To sum up it?s a Bad service and Bad quality of work !

I travel Miles to see the girls and get my nails done. It doesn't matter what pictures people show them they always do a great job.? The atmosphere is just great, even the customerstalk to each other and complement on the colours. The BEST nail shop. Went in when passing by Tenterden to fix my nails (I?m a farmer).There was a bichon there which was super cute. They took care of me and offered me Tea and Coffee because it was a very cold day.The only bad thing was the shop had a few ?Karen?s? which was quite annoying. Also there is no toilet facilities in the shop, which is fine because there was a pub down the road which served good pints and had good lasses working there.10/10 would recommend

Last few times I?ve been I felt really rushed , had a take off and new set of acrylics they are lumpy and have dents not a good look paid £47 yesterday now going to have rebook somewhere else today to have them redoneTotal waste of my money , such a shame

Walked in & was delighted to be seated in 10 mins. Lady who did my nails was fantastic. Soaked off hells rather than trying to machine them off which is a sign of quality. Expertly applied acrylics, definitely be back. One of the best nail salons I?ve been to ?Services: Polish removal
