Absolutely love this little cafe , the food is amazing whether it's cake and coffee or lunch or breakfast .Service is fabulous and all the ladies greet you with a genuine smile . Love it ?

We stopped here on Saturday for a coffee after a long drive to Tenterden. Coffee was really first class as well as the service.
We then called in for breakfast and coffee before the long drive back home on Monday
We were not disappointed!!
Highly recommend.

They have gluten-free bread, but suddenly I saw that everything was prepared on the same shelves with the same spoons and knives. I didn't dare say anything, but with my gluten intolerance I should have done so. So you CANNOT eat gluten-free here.

Ice cream is not good. No customer toilets nor were they helpful guiding to the nearest toilet.

Good coffee with friendly staff and dogs welcome. The atmosphere is cozy. The downside is that there is no customer lavatory despite the number of covers

Stopped here with friends for some lunch. My husband and I are gluten free, my husband being celiac and I?m intolerant. We ordered gluten free sandwiches but when they came out there were crisps and salad dressing on the plate when I asked if they were gluten free, they weren?t sure. This is poor understanding of basic duty of care to their customers. Wouldn?t recommend if you have intolerance to cater for.Dietary restrictions: Poor understanding.

I traveled all over the world but this is one of the best cafes i have ever been to. Absolutely amazing food and lovely people working there. I had a sandwich with Beef which i really reccomend. Will be back again soon.

Avoid this awful cafe at all costs. The waitress is unbelievably rude and the food is shockingly poor. Can't believe any of these positive reviews are true. Next to no filling in the sandwiches and the salads swimming in oil. Told them the food was not good and the waitress could not have cared less!

Visited with family and as we had our dog we sat round the side of the cafe outside. We were just moving the chairs a little as needed to fit the pram in. Were quickly approached by one of the staff to say we couldn?t move them cause it?s a walk through. Which we quickly replied just moving to fit in the pram so it was clear of the walkway. Went inside to order, asked for two large lattes and two regular and cake. Came out shortly afterwards and the large lattes were the same size as my regular latte! Queried this and was told we only do one size. Ok, but should have said this. I was just checking as my son had paid and didn?t want him being overcharged! Waited a while and no cake arrived so popped in and reminded them. They answered that it was just coming. Which blatantly they?d forgotten and would have been much better to just say sorry. My grandson needed feeding so I advised my daughter in law to go inside the cafe as it was too cold where we were. They had not finished drinking their coffees so my son took the coffees in with her and the baby. They sat in a corner and she feed whilst finishing their drinks. However, they were being made to feel very uncomfortable as to coming inside with their coffees! I noticed from outside lots of glares at them! Lastly, a staff member came outside, I was still drinking my coffee and she took away my husbands plate and cup without asking! Felt so unwelcome here and won?t be returning!

We took our grandchildren here for lunch on Saturday, I know it was really busy but there is no excuse for getting the order wrong. I ordered sandwiches for my grandchildren, a plain ham sandwich which came with salad and crisps this cam up correctly and a plain cheese sandwich with salad and crisps, which came up toasted so had to send this back, we also ordered a wrap for my husband which he said was really nice and a plain toasted cheese sandwich without the caramlised onion and no salad as I am allergic to both, my toasted sandwich arrived with onion and salad, I explained to them quite specifically when placing the order. I sent my sandwich back only for them to bring out a plain cheese sandwich for my grandchild without her crisps and the same for me, I sent mine back again as this was not what I ordered. When I asked to speak to the manager he told the waitress he was too busy and would not speak to us, also when we went to pay they tried to charge me for the sandwich I never had, will definitely not be going back there again and have also reported them for not following food guidelines on allergies.
